When complete, we facilitate in transitioning your construction mortgage to a conventional one with highly competitive rates.
Architectural Design.

Prior to design, Small Dwellings will research the mandated bylaws that, if not diligently reviewed, may set your project back or worse, may render the project to be infeasible due to extensive restrictions.
Construction.
Our full service approach will ensure we see through to the completion of your dream home. By commissioning Small Dwellings to construct your new home, it enables our team to have full control of the project from the start. Our staff will have the ability to be mindful of your budget, what construction restrictions we may encounter with your site, and the material choices that will be implemented.
